“When I heard about Humanitarian XP I knew I really wanted to spend part of my summer serving in South America.  I started looking at the trips and knew I needed to come up with a plan to pay for some of the trip.  I really like being in the kitchen so I decided I would make gourmet caramel apples and sell them during the holidays. I dip them on the weekends with the help of my friends and family.  I feel blessed that I’ve been able to raise a good amount of money and I’m excited to go to Ecuador in July.”
