Everything You Need to Know
Humanitarian XP 2021 Registration is happening and WOW we are so excited!!!! We’ve spent the past six months working overtime to make sure these trips are the best they’ve ever been, and we can confidently say that no matter where you go, you are not going to be disappointed. Before we get ahead of ourselves though, let’s talk about registration.

When & Where
This year, Humanitarian XP registration week will be December 14-18! The day you register will depend on how old you’ll be on September 1, 2021. Here’s the schedule breakdown:
Monday December 14: Parent Builders & 19-year-olds
Tuesday December 15: 18-year-olds
Wednesday December 16: 17-year-olds
Thursday December 17: 16-year-olds
To register for Humanitarian XP, just go to our website any time between 12 pm MST and 11:59 pm MST on your assigned day! It doesn’t matter when you get on as long as you’re in that window – so relax, breathe, and take your time! There’s no rush.
How to Register for Humanitarian XP
It’s super simple! Here’s a step-by-step guide to walk you through the process:
- Go to humanitarianxp.org
- Click “Register for a Trip”
- Fill out your information
- Tell us about yourself
- Pay the $500 registration fee (or the remaining $400 if you pre-registered)
- Wait at least 24 hours for an email with your trip assignment and details
That’s it! Once you get your Humanitarian XP trip assignment, you’ll be able to explore your checklist and learn about your country, project, and sightseeing! If you read through your welcome packet and your trip isn’t the right vibe for you, you have time to cancel or switch trips without a penalty. You’ll be able to cancel and get a refund of your $500 deposit or switch your trip until THREE WEEKS after your registration date. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable and you’ll be locked into your trip (unless you want to move to the waitlist).
