How to Register for an HXP Trip:
The best way to register is to follow our step-by-step registration tutorial found in the link above. Our system has a few nuances, so you will avoid all snags by following along.
The 2024 Registration process is broken up into 5 simple steps:
2. SELECT UP TO 20 TRIP PREFERENCES (ADD THEM TO YOUR CART).
The lottery will run every weekday at 10:00 AM MT until all trip spots are filled. Make sure to have your preferences and deposit made by then to be entered! You will receive your trip confirmation email later that day after the lottery runs, or you can always check your status by logging into your portal.
If all of your preferences are filled up, you’ll automatically be put on the waitlist. You can adjust your preferences every day until spots fill up.
NOTE: Builders must be within the age requirements (16-19 for international, 14-16 for mainland) on the first day of their trip. Any intentional misrepresentation of age or gender in order to get a spot on a specific trip will result in a canceled account.
*Remember, if you are a Parent Builder and cancel from your trip, this will automatically cancel your child off their spot as well. Your child can then choose to re-register for an available spot or register for the waitlist.
