Since registration, we have been carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation in Argentina, and like you, hoping that the restrictions around American visitors would ease. Unfortunately, they have not, and based on information we’ve gathered from our local contacts and travel consultants, they do not anticipate the conditions changing in time to run our Argentina Patagonia trip this summer. For that reason, we are unable to move forward as originally planned.
Current Restrictions
- Borders are closed to all Americans and the U.S. Embassy is not aware of an estimated end date for this travel ban.
- There is a mandatory two-week quarantine upon arrival.
- Nightly and weekend curfews are in place, and travel between cities, departments, and provinces is highly restricted.
