Regional Variations

For each of these locations, throughout the summer it will be considered their rainy season. We recommend you pack with extra protection from the rain, which can include rain jackets, rain boots, and clothing that consists of wicking fabric.

We recommend bringing a light, water repellant jacket or poncho that you can easily pack away when you don’t need it. If you pack valuables, we suggest bringing a small waterproof bag to put them in (this could even be a resealable, plastic bag).
