Regional Variations

Power outages are pretty common in this region. We suggest that in order to best prepare for your trip to bring an extra light whether it be a headlamp/flashlight/camping lamp.

There are lots of bugs, so previous builders definitely recommended bringing lots of bug spray and anti-itch cream. These mosquito repellent bracelets are a great option for added protection.

Come ready for the rain with rain jackets/ponchos, and some grip soled shoes so you don’t slip!

Make sure you bring light clothing for the hot days on the worksite.
