Early Flight Departures 2023

This content has been archived. It may no longer be relevant

HXP’s general policy is to have flights leave in the late afternoon to allow builders to get to the meet-up airport in time. However, the airlines for your international flight had a schedule change which has now caused your group flight to leave outside of our standard times.

Here are some potential solutions to help make the travel experience a little bit easier for you:

1. We have compiled a list of potential flights that will get you to MIA in time for the group meet-up, listed below.

2. HXP has a home rented for the summer. If you want your Builder to fly in the day/night before, you can reserve a spot for them to stay at the HXP home. There will be an HXP leader at the home with the Builders. Details and reservation here

3. Some parents prefer to have their child stay at an airport hotel, or fly in early to Miami with them.

Utilize your trip’s GroupMe to talk with the other Builders on your trip and coordinate traveling schedules! We are here to help, send us an email at info@hxp.org if you have any questions!
